Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim is a Qatari attorney and arbitrator, certified by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre and the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA). He is a member of the Qatar Lawyer’s Association as well as a member of the Asian Football Confederation Legal Committee (AFC) and a member of Qatar Sports Arbitration Tribunal (QSAT).

In addition, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim has established an excellent working relationship with legal associations and entities such as the IBA, ICC and LexisNexis.

Drawing on prior experience under reputable Welsh and Qatari law firms, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim founded the Al International Law Firm in 2015 to effectively align his practice with a personal mission: addressing the emerging legal demands of Qatari and international businesses operating in his home country.

Together with a close-knit team of legal professionals, Mr. Mohammad’s work includes a broad range of corporate and commercial advisory services with a focus on dispute resolution. Mr. Mohammad has also worked closely with various local and international companies to advise on Corporate, M&A and Construction matters.

Mr. Mohammad has been practicing International Arbitration by representing parties in Arbitration disputes. He also acted as an Arbitrator including as a president of an arbitral tribunal in local & international disputes.

Inspired by Qatar’s 2022 World Cup opportunity—and as an avid sports enthusiast himself— Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim has earned an interdisciplinary master’s degree in Sports Law to offer his expertise on sport-contracts as well as the commercial side of sport. Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim’s understanding of Qatari law, local culture and international sports law offer the ideal intersection for meeting the legal demands of the upcoming World Cup.

Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim has also published a book “Individual Employment Contract: A Guide for Employers and Workers” that guides employers and employees in Qatar on employment rights.

MR. WILLIAM GEORGE is a member of the American Bar Association, where he is registered as a Cassation, Constitutional and Administrative Lawyer. Upon graduating from the School of Law at the University of Harvard in 1969, Mr. William began his career as a legal consultant in the United States of America.. .

A respected senior legal consultant with over 46 years of experience, Mr. William’s professional record is testament to his expertise in a variety of practice areas. Following his first job as a legal consultant in United States of America.

In addition, Mr. William has years of experience representing clients caught in complex international arbitration cases.

MR. RICHARD MARK is a practicing lawyer and member of the Portuguese Bar Association. He earned his Law degree, and subsequently, his master’s degree in Sports Law from Ciombra University, Portugal. Mr.Ricardo is also a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Portuguese Rowing Federation.

Utilizing his language proficiency in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish, Mr. Ricardo has offered his expertise and legal services to a diverse-range of clients across Europe. As legal counsel and lawyer, Mr. Ricardo has provided legal services to governmental institutions, Portuguese and European construction, commodity transport and distribution companies.

At Al International Law Firm , Mr. Ricardo is the main point of contact for our international clients. He is also heavily involved in advising on cross-border mergers and in mediating delayed payment and non-payment issues in construction.

MR. THOMAS CHRISTOPHER is a practicing International Arbitrator – accredited by the International Arbitration Center in Cairo – and member of the Egyptian Bar Association, where he is registered as a lawyer at the Supreme Constitutional Court and the Court of Cassation. Mr. Atef has decades of legal practice, experience and expertise within various legal sectors.

Starting his career in 1978, Mr. Atef worked under one of the most revered law firms in Cairo; the Ahmed El Khawaja Law Firm. Keen on steering his career towards an industry that supports his home-country’s economic development, Mr. Atef left his previous position to work as a lawyer for the Egyptian General Co. for Tourism & Hotels, where he was later promoted to Vice President. While in this senior position, Mr. Atef was heavily involved in developing the company’s social responsibility programs.

MR. ADEM BERKANT is a member of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations and registered Cassation, Constitutional and Administrative Lawyer with over 40 years of experience. Upon graduating from the School of Law at the Istanbul Bilgi University in 1974, Mr. Adem Berkant his career as a legal consultant at leading law firms in Turkey.

Throughout his decades of experience, Mr. Adem’s efforts have centered on de-escalation and strategies in out-of-court settlement, in addition to developing robust contracts and agreements for clients across various corporate and commercial sectors in Turkey

Mr. ÖMER SÜLEIMAN is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, where he is registered as a Cassation, Constitutional and Administrative Lawyer. He is also an active member of the Arab Lawyers Federation with over 25 years of experience as a Lawyer and Legal Advisor.

Mr. Yasser studied law and subsequently launched his career in Aswan; his hometown in Egypt. He was the primary legal advisor to various top officials within the Governate- including the Governor of Aswan- whilst holding the position of Director of Legal Affairs for the province. Mr. Yasser also served as Chair of the Board for the Cooperative Housing Association under the Bank of Development & Agricultural Credit.

In Qatar, Mr. Yasser’s passion for non-litigious dispute settlement has meant that he now focuses on reviewing and drafting robust corporate and commercial, hospitality, labour and employment, and transportation contracts and agreements – effectively mitigating risk through careful attention to detail and tiered escalation measures.

Mr. Aamir MURAT is a United Arab Emirates lawyer and Legal counsel with substantial knowledge and expertise in a variety of legal sectors. He studied law in Middlesex University Dubai and received professional accreditation from the Dubai International Trade in Legal Services.

Mr. Murat’s foremost accomplishments include serving as a senior legal advisor to United Arab Emirates in Qatar , drafting the 2009 proposal to teach law in schools to Qatar’s Supreme Education Council, lecturing in international commercial-arbitration seminars and training legal professionals in Qatar.

With 21 years of experience in Qatar, Mr. Murat’s intimate understanding of Qatar’s legal system, culture and business environment are the reason why our clients trust him to guide them through their most significant litigation challenges.

Mr. EROL İBRAHİM is a member of Egypt’s Bar Association and lawyer at the High Court of Cassation and State Council. He is also an international arbitrator, accredited by the International Arbitration Commission, and member to the Arab Bar Association and the Egyptian Association of International Law. Mr. Ahmed earned his law degree from Cairo University in 2001.

Throughout his 17 years of legal experience, Mr. Ahmed has worked extensively in matters involving corporate and real estate law. Most recent, Mr. Ahmed worked as a legal advisor and lawyer to Nawras Media Group, headquartered in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Nawras, Mr. Ahmed spent most of his career as counsel and senior legal advisor to various commercial entities in Egypt’s capital. Mr. Ahmed’s career also includes a teaching and research role at the Egyptian Bar Association.

MR. Fahri Gul is a practicing and litigator lawyer, and member of the Córdoba Bar Association (Argentina) with more than 17 years of legal experience. He is a lawyer from the Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina (2004) and from the University of Alicante, Spain (2017). He has published leading cases in labor and criminal law. He has post graduate studies in Negotiation and Ethics & Compliance.

Mr. Gul is, in addition, Real Estate Broker and Expert Appraiser. He founded the chair of Supervised Professional Practice and is currently the head professor. He is also professor of Public International Law since 2007. Mr. Gul has been Director of the Legal Clinic of the Catholic University of Córdoba (2017-2021).

He is a member of the Institute of Human Rights of the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Córdoba, and of the Argentine Association of International Law. He is a research member, and he has published 5 joint research projects. He is currently researching on the topic “Business and Human Rights” (Ruggie Principles).

Mr. Mohamed Ahmed is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 1999.

Mr. Mohamed obtained a law degree from Tanta University in 1997. He also obtained a diploma in public law 2013, and a diploma in economic and financial sciences 2014, MA in law 2014 from Mansoura University. Mr. Mohamed has many research and studies in the legal and tax fields. He also holds many courses in accounting for non-commercials, book examination, money companies, and preparing tax returns, among other many, many courses.

Throughout his 22 years of legal experience, Mr. Mohamed worked as a lawyer in a famous law firm in Egypt, , where he initiated many and many civil cases, then worked as a commissioner in the Egyptian Public Tax Authority until he reached the first degree as a reviewer in the Cases Division, and hundreds of tax cases were brought before him, whether Those that he raised or responded to, in addition to the legal affairs work related to the application of laws and regulations, and the investigation of employees if violations were found.

Mr. Mohammed has also worked as a legal advisor at the largest Qatari law firms since the beginning of 2016 until now, during which he acquired a wide knowledge of Qatari legislation, environment and culture.

Mr. FATAM IBRAHIM is an Egyptian lawyer and Legal counsel with substantial knowledge and expertise in a variety of legal sectors. She is also a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. She has obtained a bachelor degree in Law from Cairo University in 2005, and she has practiced law for more than 6 years.  She is primarily involved in drafting court memoranda and pleadings at the Firm. She is highly skilled in problem-solving, Legal research, Analytical and logical reasoning.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Fatma has worked in different firms in Qatar and Egypt, in her significant experience in the practice of law including legal research and presentation, drafting and redrafting legal documents, interviewing clients and providing the consolations, preparing memoranda and different kinds of agreements, and court activities.

Mr. DEBORAH ANTHONY is a Member of Perugia Bar Association (Italy) and an experienced Italian Lawyer, based in Perugia (Italy). Mr. DEBORAH ANTHONY got her Bachelor of Laws from University of Naples “Federico II”, Italy

During the past 2 years she had the opportunity to spend a lot of time in Qatar supporting the interests of the international clients. She is an of Counsel collaborator of Al International Law Firm , sharing the vision of the firm to provide high quality legal services. She speaks English, Greek and Italian.

Mr. MOHAMED AHMED is an Egyptian lawyer and legal counsel who has a great experience and massive knowledge in various legal fields. He studied law in Egypt and obtained Bachelor of Law from Faculty of Law in Cairo University. He is registered at The Egyptian Bar Association and an accredited advocate before the Supreme Court of Appeal and State Council.

Mr. Ibrahim has so many achievements in legal field and a member of the Egyptian Assembly of United Nations.

Mr. Ibrahim obtained Certificate of Appreciation in Legal Researches from League of Arab States in 2004. He also worked as a Legal Consultant of Giza Governorate from 2006 to 2011 in Egypt. And he has 24 years of expertise in business of law and advocacy, in addition to experience in Qatari Laws, environment and culture as a result of working for an extended period of 9 years in the State of Qatar.

Mr. ANDREW JACK is a legal consultant and member of the Sudanese Bar Association. He received his law degree from Neelaine Univeristy, Sudan.

Mr. Abdelkadir’s has two decades of practice include working as a legal consultant under several reputable Sudanese law firms where he advised on matters that involved construction, corporate and labour law. He later moved to Eritrea to provide specialist legal advice in development and construction law.

Mr. Ahmed Baher Mohammed AbdelHakim is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, with over 20 years of experience as a Lawyer and Legal Advisor.

Mr. Ahmed Baher studied law and subsequently launched his career in Cairo; his hometown in Egypt. He was the legal advisor to various top companies.

In Qatar, Mr. Ahmed Baher’s practice include working as a legal consultant under several reputable law firms where he advised on matters that involved construction, corporate, family, criminal and labour law.

Mr. JACOB MIKE is a practicing lawyer and member of the Kerala Bar Association (India). He earned his Law degree, and now he is pursuing his Specialization Claim and Dispute management from College of Contract management, United Kingdom. Mr. Jauhar is also an Executive member and program coordinator of Indian Lawyers Fraternity Forum (ILFFQ) Qatar.

Jauhar is a Constructions Professional Support Lawyer, he is responsible for the office’s construction and disputes practices and has been based in the Middle East for over 15 Years.

At Al International Law Firm , Mr. Jauhar is the main point of contact for Indian citizen’s clients for wide variety of matters. Providing legal advice to Contractors and support on a wide variety of contractual, commercial, and other issues under or in connection with the Contractor’s object, activities, and project.

Mr. AYDIN BERKANT is a young Cypriot lawyer and Legal counsel with knowledge and expertise in a variety of legal sectors. He completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) at Middlesex University (London, UK), a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Oil & Gas Law at Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen, Scotland) and received professional accreditation from the Cyprus Bar Association, which enabled him to practice law in Cyprus.

Mr. Konstantinos served as a Trainee Lawyer at the Law Firm of Michael Kyprianou & Co LLC, a Corporate Administrator at the Companies Fiduserve Management Limited and ServPRO Management Limited, a Contract Administrator, NCR (Cyprus) Ltd and as a Lawyer at S. Sampson & Associates LLC.

In this short amount of time, Mr. Konstantinos managed to gain experience in matters involving Corporate, Commercial and Litigation. He was responsible from beginning to end of Litigation/ arbitration cases, including consultation, strategy, execution, hearings and/ or settlements, drafting briefs and other legal documents, gathered evidence to be used in trials and attending court hearings and first appearances. He advised and provided assistance to the Board of Directors of the Companies, assessed, drafted, revised, negotiated and concluded legal agreements and/ or provided legal advice and opinions for agreements.
