Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim is a Qatari attorney and arbitrator, certified by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre and the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA). He is a member of the Qatar Lawyer’s Association as well as a member of the Asian Football Confederation Legal Committee (AFC) and a member of Qatar Sports Arbitration Tribunal (QSAT).
In addition, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim has established an excellent working relationship with legal associations and entities such as the IBA, ICC and LexisNexis.
Drawing on prior experience under reputable Welsh and Qatari law firms, Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim founded the Al International Law Firm in 2015 to effectively align his practice with a personal mission: addressing the emerging legal demands of Qatari and international businesses operating in his home country.
Together with a close-knit team of legal professionals, Mr. Mohammad’s work includes a broad range of corporate and commercial advisory services with a focus on dispute resolution. Mr. Mohammad has also worked closely with various local and international companies to advise on Corporate, M&A and Construction matters.
Mr. Mohammad has been practicing International Arbitration by representing parties in Arbitration disputes. He also acted as an Arbitrator including as a president of an arbitral tribunal in local & international disputes.
Inspired by Qatar’s 2022 World Cup opportunity—and as an avid sports enthusiast himself— Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim has earned an interdisciplinary master’s degree in Sports Law to offer his expertise on sport-contracts as well as the commercial side of sport. Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim’s understanding of Qatari law, local culture and international sports law offer the ideal intersection for meeting the legal demands of the upcoming World Cup.
Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim has also published a book “Individual Employment Contract: A Guide for Employers and Workers” that guides employers and employees in Qatar on employment rights.
